My name is Jill Disch, founder of Country Heart Greetings. I’m a country girl at heart and I am married to a real-life cowboy. We live on a cattle ranch in central California. I am a mom to 3 married children, their spouses and 2 stepdaughters, and Nanny to 14 amazing grandchildren. I love spending time with my family, outdoors in my garden among the beautiful flowers, and escaping to the beach as often as possible.

I opened my business 2 years ago after discovering a love for creating handmade greeting cards. In this world of technology and social media, I still believe that receiving a personal handwritten note is the best way to brighten someone’s day! You never know when that sweet sentiment will be just what that special person needed, and after all, who doesn’t love to get a surprise in the mail?

As my greeting card business grew, I had a desire to expand my ideas of warm welcomes one step further and added custom wreaths to my shop.
